Plant spirit medicine training. 

Plant Spirit Medicine is a discipline that combines the Chinese five elemental tradition and an Indigenous practice of working with plants to heal.

Eliot Cowan (1946–2022), the late author, teacher and healer of Plant Spirit Medicine and founder of the Blue Deer Center, revived the ancient practice of using plant spirits for healing.

I often combine Plants Spirit Medicine and my indigenous training.  I blend my treatments which are tailored to the individual's needs. The treatments work well together and complement each other.

I have a deep connection with indigenous spiritual traditions. Eliot Cowan, Ron Evans and Annie Spencer.

I trained with the Blue Deer Centre for 12 years. In Plant Spirit medicine. Six years of, 'Pilgrimage', in Mexico.  

I meet Ron Evans when I was 22. Ron is an elder, medicine man, healer, story teller, pipe carrier from North Canada - Chippewa Cree tribe. 

I had the honour of learning about his traditional ceremonies and his people's ways From 2003-2009. Ron gave me many valuable lessons which are still rippling through my life.

I trained with Annie Spencer, from 2018 -2023. I learnt the basics of holding ceremony and earth based spiritual traditions, both from this and other lands. Im training to hold vision quests.

I am a fire-keeper, tending to fires with deep reverence. I have been nurturing my relationship with what Indigenous people refer to as 'Grandfather Fire.' 

He is a sacred living spirit, a wise and generous being, offering teachings that help us develop profound connections.

I have also trained in Bach flowers remedy. I am a practitioner and have been working with them for 18 years.  I find they can be transformative.

I studied Craniosacral Therapy level one in the mountains of Mexico with Eduardo Morales at the Centro de Terapia de Polaridad in Mexico. Eduardo is a healer from Tepoztlan, Mexico. 

Eduardo has been teaching and practising the art of healing for the last 33 years in Canada, Mexico and other countries. He is the founder and director of the Centro de Terapia de Polaridad in Mexico.

Parcelled to this I have been working with children. I trained as a 'nursery nurse teacher'. Working with babies, children and young adults in different settings for over 20 years. 

I am often in placements with children who are undergoing therapy or working with CAMS. Helping parents establish boundaries has been a big part of my career. 

I have a presence and an ease which allows me to make a very beneficial difference to a family's wellbeing.

I bring all these years of experience working with children to my therapy sessions.
